Evangelical Fined for Witnessing on Public Property
Gary Gore - June 16, 2008 - 3:53pmFrom OneNewsNow, we have this report from the weekend where a church leader was fined and placed on one year's criminal probation for expressing his religious views on public grounds.
Ironic, this was done on the grounds near the Liberty Bell, huh?
The leader of a Christian evangelical group who expressed his religious views to tourists near the Liberty Bell was placed on one year's probation for refusing to move from a sidewalk where demonstrations are banned. read more »

Police Call Church Music 'Disorderly'
Gary Gore - March 27, 2008 - 2:36pmIf there's ever been any question to as to whether or not our religious rights in our nation are becoming increasingly more under attack, this outrageous violation of our freedoms to practice our religion - as reported by Cybercast News - should settle the question once and for all.
(CNSNews.com) - A Michigan church filed a federal lawsuit after police officers, led by a local prosecutor, entered the sanctuary at least twice without a warrant, alleging the church's music was too loud. In one instance, they threatened to arrest church musicians for disorderly conduct. read more »

Four firefighters are suing the city of San Diego for being forced by their superiors to attend the annual "Gay Pride" parade where they endured a barrage of sexual taunts and lewd gestures. read more »

Federal Court to rule on free speech rights for Christian students
Drew McKissick - August 3, 2007 - 11:04amAs strange as it seems, we need a federal court to clarify the free speech rights of students when it comes to their religious beliefs. Check this out:
A future ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit is expected to clarify the extent of free speech available to public students in the Boyd County (Kentucky) School District after students were instructed to withhold Christian viewpoints on homosexuality. read more »
