WASHINGTON, D.C.- U.S. Representative Mark Walker (R-N.C.), who serves as Ranking Member of the House Committee on Homeland Security's Subcommittee on Intelligence and Counterterrorism, today released the following statement after President Donald J. Trump announced he intended to nominate Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-Texas) to serve as the next director of national intelligence:
