The Torah has Codes for the believers of LORD Jesus Christ to follow and gain truth and spirital growth

Power is definable, quite possibly, as having the authority to make decisions for others without being accountable for one's mistakes.  Powerful leaders tend, from a critical eye, to risk resources that they did not sweat to create, but rather seize control over and impose ordiances for their own gain.  The powerful in the material world tend to appear to be opposite the humble working classes.  In the working classes are the rare but dedicated prophets of the LORD Jesus Christ, the one true rightous leader.

LORD Jesus Christ has allowed humanity to make blunders and mistakes in management of our earth for many centuries.  LORD Jesus Christ always had a plan to help the humble and poor.  One way is through the Christian Bible, or Torah.  God encoded His truth in the Torah over two thousand years ago, intending for it to be unsealed during the Biblical "End of Days."

The time or era of the "End of Days" may indeed center around December 21, 2012.  God intended there to be a shift in consciousiness leading up to and spiking around the end of December 2012.  God will do this using the Bible Code, the equidistant letter skips that allow God to communicate with analitical thinkers and those who were formally agnostic, or even atheist.

The payoffs in the Senate Obamacare bill

It's been said that laws are like sausages - it's best not to see them being made.  If ever that applied to the product of any legislative body, it applies doubly so to the debate over Obamacare.

And when it comes to the Senate's version of the bill to take over 1/6th of the American economy, we're talking about some expensive sausage.

Via the Washington Examiner, here's a list of some of the payoffs to senators in exchange for their votes for the bill:

Sen. Mary Landrieu, D-La. -- Up to $300 million in additional federal money to pay for the state of Louisiana's share of the proposed expansion of Medicaid.

Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb. -- A commitment that the federal government will permanently pay for Medicaid expansion in the Cornhusker State at a cost of about $100 million.

Sens. Ben Nelson and Carl Levin, D-Mich. -- A provision that shelters Mutual of Omaha in Nebraska and Blue Cross Blue Shield in Michigan from a proposed $10 billion annual fee on the health insurance industry.

Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Conn. -- Dodd, facing a re-election battle with low poll numbers, inserted a $100 million grant tailored to a proposal for a new hospital at the University of Connecticut Health Center.

House GOP Calling for Investigation of ACORN

In the wake of the growing scandal(s) surrounding ACORN, GOP Congressman Steve King has forwarded a letter to the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee requesting that the committee start an investigation of the organization.

It will be interesting to see how Conyers reacts, (or is "allowed" to react by the House leadership).  Both the House and the Senate have each passed differing amendments that "defund" ACORN of federal dollars to varying degrees, but they still must be reconciled and then passed by both houses and signed by Obama.  One wonders if the Democrat leadership thinks this will be enough to get ACORN off their plate, as they would surely rather avoid a congressional investigation...considering the cozy relations between ACORN and many members of Congress.

Kings letter is copied below:

It's time for a RICO investigation of ACORN

By this point, everyone is familiar with the most recent scandal involving ACORN, (having its employees caught on video in multiple offices offering help in committing loan fraud, setting up a brothel and smuggling in underage illegal aliens to be prostitutes).  But there is a laundry list of other, more serious charges which scream out for a national RICO investigation by the Justice Department.

From Peter Roff over at US News

A report issued last summer by the Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, according to Sunday's Washington Times, "presented evidence that ACORN had engaged in criminal misconduct."

Among the findings, the report said, ACORN:

The latest video documenting ACORN fraud & corruption

There is yet another video, from yet another ACORN office (this time in California), of still more ACORN employees offering to help what they believe to be a "pimp" fraudulently obtain a loan to buy a house so he can set up a brothel which will eventually be staffed by "12-15 year old" prostitutes from Central America.

Amazing.  And again, this is the fourth in a series.  You can see them all here.

Yesterday, as a result of the mounting pressure, the Senate voted 83-7 to ban all federal funding from ACORN...but of course the House doesn't seem to have any intention to follow suit.

(You can click here and send your members of Congress a personalize message and let them know how you feel about your tax dollars being used to fund corrupt organizations like ACORN)
