I would like to help homeless vets teach boy scouts,I would also like to free tibet by lobbing congress for a 15 billion dollar grant to house monks: what is the best way to go about this. I have been asking venture capitalists for money but that doesn't seem to work.  I want to put the men that had more than one baby in china in monistaries and have them produce goods and services at fair market value, no takers yet.
