I'm Sick of Political Correctness
Dennis L - March 30, 2010 - 8:22pmHeard these terms lately ? Tolerance, Multiculturalism, Diversity, Shared Community, Social Justice, Collective Responsibility, Democratic Society, Non-Inclusive. How about Bigot, Hate Monger, Intolerant ?
I'm sure if you watch any news you hear all of the above daily, what got me the other day was I heard and read about Sarah Palin inciting violence and intolerance for "targeting" States where Congressional and Senatorial seats where coming up in 2011. HuffPo has turned those targets on her political map into gun sites instead of the "targets" they really are. The left leaning blogs then step up to say Palin is now inciting violence. Or right after Obamacare passed mainstream media came to the aid of the 10 or so democrats that flipped their votes in favor of it as "victims" of threats and vandalism. And that Republican House Minority Whip Eric Cantor and his family were the targets of a death threat for which a Philadelphia man was arrested on Monday. While the media reported the threat against Rep. Cantor, they didn't point out that the suspect, Norman Leboon, claimed on his YouTube website that he is the "Messiah" of "gays and lesbians" and asked his homosexual "children" to leave the armed forces so that he might "smite" those remaining in the services. This is not an insignificant omission. The evidence is mounting that those who are trumpeting the call for tolerance, have little tolerance for those they disagree with. read more »

Obama's White Lie
sevens - February 9, 2010 - 12:17amDr Martin Luther King once said, "I have a dream, one day my four little children will live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but the content of their character." He Also quoted our founder's, and with conviction said " We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal"
Dr. King is one of my personal hero's, because he was authentic, spiritual, loving, compassionate, and more importantly, fallible, yes fallible. Very few people have had such a profound impact on American society, he believed in personal responsibility and equality. He didn't walk on water, and he never claimed too. Dr. King succumb to temptation, he fell down, he struggled, but as every great man of faith, he carried on. He kept the message passionate and would not let his trials and tribulations hinder his ardent pursuit for equality and justice.
Liberals like President Pinocchio have so drastically skewed the memory of a divinely guided man, and it's a great shame. King was not a politician, his agenda was equal treatment for all man kind. The vast majority of conservative Christian Americans, of which I am and Dr. king was too, believe all human life is sacred, it doesn't matter your color, race, gender, abnormality, age, or location (womb). In God's eyes we are all equal. read more »

When The Ball Drops
sevens - December 23, 2009 - 12:17amWhen the Ball Drops...On Us Obamacon's enslave America
"Right now we have a severe unemployment situation, if a political party designed a bill that eliminated 90% of joblessness, would you want them to pass it? If you say well no! It's too good to be true, I want to know how they did it. Why aren't you demanding this of the Obama care bill?"
On Christmas Eve, the snowball with which an avalanche will be formed, will be let loose. The health care bill will be signed, you and I are willing accomplices, because we had not exhausted every imaginable option to derail this fundamental departure from liberty, we are to blame. From the hash brownie eating idealist to the blue collar cog and all those in between, we failed. Millions of hapless ignorant souls have no comprehension of the poison these rats have just fed us, we, the ones that do, shame shame.
In France disgruntled workers are kidnapping their bosses because they were sold a bill of goods, they are burning cars and rioting. This because they were merely promised a utopian existence in which the government would enable them from cradle to grave; an existence where healthcare, education, employment, good will, spiritual guidance and love were to be provided by wealthy state officials and their sound digressions. read more »

Victims of Liberalism
sevens - November 5, 2009 - 10:34pm President Obama has signed a hate crime bill, while simultaneously making America a more vulnerable nation. The new hate crime bill "piggy backed" on legislation that further weakened our sovereignty by killing plans for new weapons and war spending. America, pay attention this bill is a microcosm of liberal planning, President Obama rides on the Luxury that previous Presidents afforded him, by building the most powerful nation on Earth. The next US leader will be left to pick up the unpopular pieces of securing this nation.
The new measure expands currant hate crime laws by including violence based on gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. AP reports the defense part of the bill that wasn't cut, was a "must pass"; so republicans who realized that this legislation was an attack on free speech caved in to typical Washington politics, in order to get the defense dollars. **Hope and Change**
There is always a reason why a crime is committed, jealousy, greed, psychotic tendencies, hate, none of them are valid and all of them should be punishable by the appropriate measure. Our far left President and his ilk believe that victims of a crime are more important if they subscribe to a liberal lifestyle. If I get assaulted for my belief in Jesus Christ and his teachings it is now a lesser crime than a man who gets assaulted for believing he should have sex with other men. read more »

Newspaper Rebuked for Another Carrie Prejean Attack
Rev. Austin Miles - September 18, 2009 - 6:34pmLike many newspapers, The Contra Costa Times has a history of attacking Christians and slanting the news to fit the liberal socialist agenda. On September 1st, their page 2 "People" section went after the real Miss USA, Carrie Prejean, stating that she filed a lawsuit in order to bring more attention to herself. This pastor promptly wrote a response with request to publish. After ignoring the request for two weeks they received a second notice, a bit more forceful, advising that by deliberately printing misinformation about Ms. Prejean, they were obligated to publish my response to correct their mis-statements.
Two days later, Thursday September 17th, my edited response was published thusly:
